Kenny Jackel, Chief Executive Officer

Mr Jackel has more than 25 years of experience in acoustics engineering. A decade ago, Kenny founded and has managed the Electro Acoustic Design Group, and its predecessor, Satellite Pro A/V, in Thailand. In this capacity, he has consulted on and designed acoustic systems for dozens of clients, ranging from recording studios and radio stations to hotels, fitness centers and clubs such as Bangkok's Ministry of Sound. His clients include Virgin Radio, Sony Music, Conrad Hotel, JW Marriott, Dusit Thani Hotel and California Fitness. Prior to founding these companies, he worked as a recording engineer and has mastered over 250 CDs for over 150 artists in the US, Japan and Thailand. Kenny graduated from the Berklee College of Music.

Earl Geddes, Ph.D., Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Geddes is a leading expert in acoustics with over 30 years of experience in research, design and engineering of acoustics systems. For the past 10 years, Dr. Geddes has been an independent consultant for clients like Ford Motor, Motorola, Tellabs, Resound and Visteon. He has developed and sold software for designing speakers to customers such as Harman Industries, Visteon, Panasonic, Pioneer, Polk and many more. Previously, he has held senior research and technical positions with Visteon, Knowles Electronics and Ford Motor. At Ford, he received a Henry Ford Technological Achievement Award for his work in sound quality. He has 17 patents awarded in acoustics with another seven pending. He is the author of two books, the highly influential Audio Transducers and Premium Home Theater, and dozens of research papers on topics in acoustics. Earl has a BS. and MS. in physics from Eastern Michigan University and a Ph.D. in acoustics from the Pennsylvania State University.

Matthew Smith, Chief Marketing Officer

Matthew has a decade of experience in public relations and corporate communications in Southeast Asia. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer of Vivaldi Public Relations, a company that he founded, where his clients included multinational and Thai blue chip companies. His work includes regional and domestic publicity for clients such as Qatar Airways, Alcatel-Lucent, American Express, MTV Asia, Pan Pacific Hotel, Fedex Express, DHL, and Sun Microsystems. Prior to founding Vivaldi, he worked with MDK Consultants, a regional public relations firm operating in Southeast Asia. Matthew has a BA in English Literature from Calvin College.

Richard Stein, Graphical and Industrial Designer

Richard has more than 25 years of experience in developing brands and corporate identities. He has previously served as creative director of Enterprise IG and Interbrand in Japan, Landor Associates in San Francisco and London, and managed his own consulting company, Stein Consultants, in San Francisco. His past work includes projects in airlines: Delta, Cathay Pacific, ANA, US Air, Kuwait Air; aerospace: Boeing, Jaxa; automobiles: Toyota, Nissan; financial services: Aeon Group, Zurich Insurance, Prudential, Shinsei Bank, Royal Sun Alliance; and telecom: Vodaphone, Pacific Century Cyberworks. He has a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
